In 2012, I founded CSearchGroup to bring a more grounded, relationship-first approach to executive recruiting. I’ve been in this space long enough that many of my client and candidate relationships stretch back to the late '80's and forward. That network, 1.6MM 1st and 2nd degree connections on LinkedIn combined with real industry experience is what guides our work today. The goal was simple: build a search practice that reflects how this industry actually works, commercially disciplined, and rooted in long-standing relationships.
CSearchGroup focuses on executive and senior-level search across diagnostics, life science tools, genomics, molecular pathology, precision medicine, drug discovery, bioprocessing, and cell and gene therapy. Over the years, the firm has expanded to support the growing convergence of healthcare, data, AI, and digital technology.
My work centers on partnering directly with boards, founders, investors, and leadership teams to identify leaders who can move strategy, culture, and performance forward. The relationships I draw on span decades, many beginning during my early years in the industry, and they remain the foundation of the firm’s success.
CSearchGroup now operates as the Atlanta office of EMA Partners International, allowing us to offer clients both the hands-on involvement of a boutique and the global capabilities of a top-tier international search platform.
