A. Conduct an initial “needs assessment” to gain a full understanding of the assignment and company priorities driving candidate requirements, including but not limited to:
- Position job description
- Experience desired
- Salary requirements and benefits provided
- Geographic location and relocation specifics of position - Other company cultural fit requirements

B. Research the market to identify potential candidates from a defined target population.

C. Perform candidate screening and in depth qualification through CV/resume reviews and direct telephone interviews and face-to-face meetings where appropriate.

D. Coordinate candidate interviews and logistics with Client.

E. Present consolidated candidate brief with CV/resume to Client.

F. Verify candidate references, as required by Client.

G. Assist with the coordination, negotiation, and acceptance of job offers.

H. Follow-up with the candidate during the resignation process from prior employer.
